Isis Nephthys Paloma Sanchez is a poet in the MFA in Creative Writing program at City College. She is also a student of African culture and civilization, her main interest being in the reclamation and reconstitution of ancient African gnosis (re-membering Osiris). A native of Havana, she is happy to call the eternal City of New York her current home.
